Hosting and provision of the website
Our hosting service provider is blue creative GmbH, Bretonischer Ring 6, 85630 Grasbrunn. The technical hosting infrastructure is provided by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf. These service providers process technical data insofar as this is necessary for hosting, email operations and technical support.
When you visit the website, your IP address and the connection data needed to deliver the requested content are processed in particular. Technical access logs may also contain the time, requested address, transmission status, browser and operating system details, and referring page. This serves to provide, troubleshoot and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation.
Contact and event enquiries
If you contact us using a form, by email or by phone, we process your contact details and the content of your message to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. The project enquiry requires your name, email address and phone number; selecting services is optional. The general contact form requires your name, email address and message; other details are optional. Without the required details, an enquiry cannot be processed through the form. There is no legal obligation to contact us.
The form transmits your details over an HTTPS connection to klangniveau.de/klangniveau-anfrage.php. They are then forwarded by email to albrecht@klangniveau.de and processed in our email inbox. Both forms include a reference to this privacy notice; no additional confirmation is requested.
For enquiries concerning a potential or existing contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We process other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding to incoming requests. Technical measures to prevent abusive form submissions also serve our legitimate interest in secure operation.
The form endpoint does not store names, email addresses or messages in a database. To prevent abuse, it keeps submission counters, timestamps and a daily changing hash of the IP address in a temporary server file. The hash is a pseudonymous technical identifier. The stored daily state is replaced on the next valid request on a new UTC day. This does not guarantee automatic deletion after 24 hours. Technical hosting and mail logs and the inbox are separate from this.
Storage and deletion
Whether enquiry data is retained depends on whether it is still needed to handle the enquiry, subsequently fulfil a contract, or establish or defend claims. Statutory retention obligations may require further storage. When these purposes and obligations no longer apply, the data concerned must be deleted. For technical logs and abuse prevention data, retention depends on how long they are needed to maintain security and investigate specific disruptions.
Cookies, analytics and external links
The website does not use Google Analytics. The pages we provide do not set analytics or advertising cookies and do not use browser storage for visitor profiles. Fonts, images and logos are served locally. Your manual language choice is stored locally in your browser under “kn-language”. When you open the home address, this choice is used; without a stored choice, we use your browser language. You can change the choice using DE/EN or reset it by clearing the website data.
YouTube videos can be played on request in an expandable video area on this website. The player is loaded only after you click “Play YouTube video”. After confirmation, a connection to YouTube is established via youtube-nocookie.com; your IP address, browser data and information about video use may be transmitted to Google and processed outside the European Union. Collapsing the video removes the player and stops playback. Consent is not stored and applies only to the video currently opened. More information is available in Google’s privacy policy. Instagram and the websites in our references remain external links; you access the respective provider only when you open them.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address above.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For private companies in Bavaria, the relevant authority is in particular the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
This website does not use automated decision-making, including profiling.
